TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to AdTech Custom Co., operated by APP Adtech Promotional Inc. By using our website, placing an order, making payment, or approving artwork, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom Orders

Most of our products are customized specifically for you. Please review all product details, sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, spelling, and shipping information before approving your order.

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

2. Artwork Approval

When applicable, we will provide a digital proof before production.

By approving the proof, you confirm that the following are correct:

• Artwork and logo
• Spelling and information
• Colors
• Placement
• Product
• Quantity

AdTech Custom Co. is not responsible for errors that were included in an approved proof.

3. Customer Artwork

By providing a logo, design, photo, trademark, or other artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use it.

You authorize AdTech Custom Co. and our production partners to reproduce it for your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing depends on product, quantity, decoration, artwork, shipping, and production requirements.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Artwork setup
• Extra print locations
• Rush production
• Shipping
• Special packaging
• Taxes

Orders are not released for production until the required payment or deposit and artwork approval are received.

5. Production Time

Production time begins after:

1. Required payment is received.
2. Artwork is approved.
3. All order details are confirmed.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins, but costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Once a custom order enters production, it generally cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, customized merchandise is generally final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
• Customer-approved artwork or spelling
• Customer-selected colors
• Changes of mind after production

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, contact us as soon as possible.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If there is a problem with your order, please provide:

• Your order or invoice number
• Photos of the issue
• A description of the problem
• Quantity affected

If the error is ours or our production partner's responsibility, we may replace, reproduce, credit, or refund the affected items.

9. Product Variations

Slight differences in color, placement, fabric, embroidery, printing, or product construction may occur during normal manufacturing.

Computer screens and digital proofs may also display colors differently from the finished product.

10. Product Availability

Products are subject to supplier availability.

If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement, different color, revised timeline, or another approved solution.

We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without your approval.

11. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, supply-chain delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

12. Intellectual Property

AdTech Custom Co. retains ownership of our original website content, graphics, templates, concepts, and designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment for a finished product does not automatically include editable design or source files.

13. Portfolio Use

Unless you request confidentiality in writing, AdTech Custom Co. may photograph completed products and use those images for our website, portfolio, social media, and marketing.

Your logo and trademarks remain your property.

14. Website Use

You may not use our website for fraud, illegal activity, unauthorized access, intellectual property violations, or other harmful activity.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel fraudulent or unlawful orders.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AdTech Custom Co.'s responsibility for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of that order.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
