What type of artwork should I send?
For the best results, vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF are preferred.
If you only have a PNG, JPG, or another image format, send it to us and we can review it to determine whether it can be used or needs to be converted.
Can you help if I don't have artwork?
Yes. If you have an idea but don't have print-ready artwork, contact us. We can help determine what is needed to prepare your design for production.

Can you customize products that I provide?

What happens if my product is out of stock?
Promotional product inventory can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable, we will work with you to find a similar replacement, alternative color, comparable brand, or another product option whenever possible.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Custom orders often move into production quickly after approval. Once artwork is approved and production has started, an order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
