Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Because many of our products are custom-made, decorated, or produced on demand, orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly from one of our trusted production and fulfillment partners.

Processing & Production Times

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days after your order is placed or artwork is approved, when applicable.

Production times may vary depending on the product, decoration method, quantity, availability, and fulfillment partner. Some custom or specialty products may require additional production time.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are separate from production times. Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.

When available, estimated shipping or delivery information will be provided at checkout or with your order confirmation.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service is specifically stated.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple production and fulfillment partners, items within the same order may be produced at different facilities.

As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times.

You may receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers for each shipment. There is no need to be concerned if only part of your order arrives first.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products ordered, destination, and available shipping methods.

Certain products, promotions, or order values may qualify for free or discounted shipping when offered.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Because many orders enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Changes & Cancellations

Many of our products are produced or decorated specifically for your order. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will determine whether the order can still be updated.

Shipping Delays

We work closely with our fulfillment partners and carriers to provide timely delivery; however, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high-volume periods, supply-chain issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If we become aware of a significant production delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows unusual delays, your package appears to be lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please keep the product and packaging and provide photographs when requested so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

When international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.
